All orders will be on time. On time means that we are not going to be the cause to your shipping delays. Your order will be processed and shippped on time. Within 24 hours on business days. If we are the cause to your delay then please refer to the guarantee. After your order leaves our warehouse you will have to take up any problems that are encountered in shipping with the USPS.

For example: The PACKAGE was never opened. That would be an exception. If you decide that you did not want to order and you have not received your package yet. Then when it comes in the mail just refuse delivery and email us to let us know.
The USPS will take an unopened package and return to sender at no charge to you. When we receive the product we will issure a full rufund minus the shipping and handling charge.
